National Credit Acceptance They bought debt, refused payment, verbal abuse, threats of ganisments,threat to put lein on our house,many verbal abusive phone calls, threats of attorneys, Sacramento California

My name is June, I am writing this report because of the verbal abuse that was instagated by National Credit Acceptance. They have said they are above the law, they can do and say what they please. They have filed a complaint against me in court the papers do not seem to be signed by any court clerk or officer of the court.

They have made many calls with verbal abuse saying that we are Stupid, Dumb,and they called me Ignorant they have threatend me with garnishments to my wages and bank accounts, they say they will put a lein on my house. When my husband asked them for documentation of all paperwork and charges,and payments made they said. They stated they would not give them to us. They are sueing us without proper paperwork delivered to us.

We received the court papers six weeks after the original filing date. The file date was in may 07 we were served in Mid June 07. I looked up this sight and have noticed we are not the only ones with a complaint please contact me asap if possiable.
