THIS REPORT IS COMPLETELY FALSE - PLEASE READ
The individual that filed this, filed this in anger and in response to a report Jim and I had posted about his Company, Recruitemaxx.com Feel free to look at report #355291 and report #359732
Sean Krizsan wrote this report against me because he is upset his business practice was exposed to the public. He ripped me off of $1950.00. I never did any real estate deal with him nor did I or Jim attempt to.
He did not file a rebuttal with the two reports filed against him because he has nothing to say. Instead he decides to slam me with a false report, and unfortunately the owners of this website do absolutely NOTHING to VALIDATE reports filed with them. I have all EVIDENCE TO VALIDATE MY SIDE, and even the following email where he threatens to report me for no apparent reason:

You have three days until Friday, Aug. 8th to remove your rip off report about RecruiteMaxx.com and Sean Krizsan and any reference to it. We are reporting you to Nouveau Riche University as well as to the media for deformation of character.
Three days later he emailed me again the following email:

As you can see, unfortunately, recruitemaxx.com went out of business and all funds have been depleted by the agents hired as you had us let them go and we were forced to hire new ones. I don't think that writing about recruitemaxx is going to help anyone since the company is non-existent now and has no funds at all.
HE NEVER ONCE EVEN ATTEMPTS TO DEFEND HIS COMPANY, RATHER HE SHUTS IT DOWN, PROBABLY SPENT AN EXTRA $9.99 with GoDaddy AND BOUGHT A NEW URL.. SO BEWARE.
THIS INDIVIDUAL FIRST STOLE $1950 OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY, DOESNT OFFER A REFUND, AND DOESNT TAKE A SINGLE MEASURE TO HELP ME WITH THE ISSUES I HAD WITH HIS COMPANY, HE RUNS OFF WITH MY MONEY AND SHUTS DOWN THE COMPANY. AND LASTLY HE MAKES A FALSE ACCUSATION THAT I AM PART OF A MONEY SCHEME?
VERY INTERESTING SEAN. CONSIDERING YOUR COMPANY ONLY ACCEPTS CASH, CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS. NO CREDIT CARDS.. I LEARNED A BIG LESSON HERE. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WHO DOESN'T ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE AND ARE AFRAID OF CHARGE BACKS.
