My problem is almost identical in that the salesperson (Eileen Gross) tells me that I need to pay 9.95 to get the informative DVD. I agreed to pay 9.95 for an informative DVD. At no time during the purchase was I told that after viewing the DVD and deciding to keep it that I would be charged an additional 29.95 unless I sent it back.
I contacted the sales person Ms. Eileen Gross via email on the day I recieved and viewed the DVD and told her that after viewing the DVD that I was not interested in her sales pitch. I stated in the email that if I needed to return the DVD that she let me know. I heard nothing from her until a few weeks later when I realized that she attempted to charge 29.95 on my credit card. I told her that she was not authorized to do so. She said I need to return the DVD then. I told her she never told me that I needed to return it nor did she tell me the price if I didnt return it.
Not until AFTER I confronted her on this did she begin covering her tracks and sending me this "14 day trial period" B.S. I have since as of today located and sent out the DVD and yet she still is attempting to charge my credit card.
I want my 29.95 back because not only have I returned the DVD but I was never told I had to return it or what the price would be if I didnt. Ms Gross needs to be more knowledgeable in her business transactions because she is portraying underhandedness and is withholding information for her own profit
