I buy Clickbank products on a weekly basis and like you have been disappointed all the time. There is a way to get your money back within two days without dealing with the merchant. It is thought Clickbank directly. You have 90 days after a purchase with clickbank to ask for a refund. If you still have your receipt and the method of payment you used for the purchase then you are good to go.
If not go to http://clickbank.com and email the customer service center directly and give your name, email, and the date of purchase. They should send a copy of your receipt.
When you go to the website, click on customer service at the top of the page. Scroll to the middle of the page and click on "Purchase Questions." You are then taken to a page were you will enter all the information needed for your inquiry. In the subject line select "I would like to return a product". Give the reason you want a refund and send it off. You will hear a response in 48 hours.
I purchase a product though Clickbank on Monday. Asked for a refund from the merchant the same day. I was told too bad, no refunds. I sent my concerns to Clickbank directly and I got my refund today.
