When I joined NAA it sounded great. Then I was told I had to sign up w/ a company they are associated called ABLE Inc because I had no license. No problem, I signed up for the Life and Health course. After ABLE took my $ the website did not work after the Study Now screen and have been troubleshooting for a week w/ tech support. Tech support kept telling it was my settings on my computer. I am a computer technician and I told them it wasn't my setting it was a problem on their end. I tried to log in on 3 other computers to no avail. To make a long story short, the regional sales manager of ABLE called NAA and stated that I hung up on the CSR and Tech support, which was a lie. Moreover, the regional sales manager stated that they reached out to me 4 times which was another lie. I know this information because of the thread email that was going back and forth from me to NAA and Able. I wanted a refund after 1 week of trying to take this life/health course and they gave a hard time to recover my funds. Furthermore, I was told all leads were free. Another lie this time by NAA. They wanted me to fly out to Florida for a convention and I did not even make a cent yet. Unreasonable on their part. Make sure you get all the facts before you start shelling out your hard earned cash is what I am trying to tell you. There is more expense than meets the eye and you find out about them only after you get signed up expense by expense.
