This is a property management company. They are supposed to help individuals find homes that are available for rent to own or under land contract and they can find individuals to rent out your current home.
I met with the property manager Rick Watson, during this meeting we discussed the services that his company offered. I was then informed that they could provide me with information on homes available.
I was given the choice to just get put in the files that were inactive or active file. You can get on the active file after paying $45.
Once I paid the $45 they would contact me with available properties. I received addresses to homes that were not vacant or vacant but not necessarily ready to live in. No one, not even their investors had purchased them to sell.
When I talk to the property manager Rick Watson he informed me and my husband that he would refund the money because they fell short on their part.
They were supposed to contact me with some homes and never did. I made calls and only one call was returned. I have not seen a refund check of $45 yet.
I am sure if they scam 10 people out of $45 daily they are pretty wealthy!
They advertised in the newspaper and preyed on people who are desparte and can not take traditonal routes. They have us at their mercy.
