This person has ripped me off twice now. First time was on 6-3-99 as Richard Clark, with RJ Clark Productions. He was selling T-shirts & Coffee Mugs. He hired me to do a search engine submission for his website. That website is no longer in business, but he still uses the rj_shirts@yahoo.com email address as well as bizjunky@yahoo.com. Now the name he used is Ben Neilsen. He purchased another search engine submission from my service on 7-21-2000. He wouldnt fill out the order form (because of the ISP logging, but he paid $15 thru my online check processing company, which just happened to go out of business at same time. So, I did not receive payment. Online check service only verifys and then sends me a check to cash, so payment was never actually made or completed.). I performed service based on what was on his site http://www.auctionbuddie.com/. I called him a couple of times and left emails with no responses. I thought that very strange. Why would someone place an order than totally ignore me? Well, on 7-19-2000 Rick Clark wrote me and said he was going to be paying for the 1999 services, but it was just a cruel trick. (He emailed me then because I am being harassed by another online con artist named Ethan Platt of Cavalier Salvage in Portland, Or area.. Ethan called him and told him to harass me). On 9-6-2000 Ben Nielson (aka Rick Clark) wrote me and said that the check had been cashed, so he was not paying me again. I wrote him and told him that was impossible, since I hadnt even received it (remember- the check processing fiasco). Well- His email was from bizjunky@yahoo.com and the name was Richard Clark, yet he signed as Ben. I wrote him and asked if he was scamming me again, and got no response.
