I am a former employee of FAME Media Group / WNSO and have recently been put in a precarious and unfortunate financial position due to the unethical and immoral business practices of Jeffrey Kippel and Mindy Blackstien.
I was laid off in June 2007 near the end of the month (along with 90% of their staff), and at the same time I was informed that I would not be getting paid for the entire month of June that I had already worked!
To this day I have still not received a penny of my wages due to me while Jeffrey Kippel and Mindy Blackstien continue to use my work on a regular basis that I have not been paid for. All the while, they were boast of HUGE growth and improvement and bigger and better things with their company. this clearly adds tremendous insult to injury, as they have informed me personally that they dont have enough money to pay their former staff the outstanding wages that they owe them. how this equates to HUGE growth and big things eludes me.
In the end, when all is said and done, I dont know how Jeff Kippel and Mindy Blackstien can sleep at night, knowing the personal and financial heartache they have caused so many people through their unethical business practices. In my opinion, they should not be allowed to continue to run their business until they have paid ALL of their current debts off IN FULL with employees, athletes and contractors.
I know for a fact that the amounts of money they owe these people are not small amounts but SUBSTANTIAL sums of money.
I dont want to see anymore unsuspecting, innocent people get caught up in the ugly web that Fame Media Group weaves. DO NOT do business or provide services to this company, you will get burned.
