The person who made this complaint, did not have enough money to make a down payment to buy a house. I agreed to loan them back my broker fee to help them buy this house. I thought this was the right thing to do. In 21 years I have had my mortgage company I have always tried to help others who could not help themselves. "Angie of Riverdale" stated they thought the loan I gave them was a personal loan, I don't make personal loans in my business. "Angie of Riverdale" signed the 2nd mortgage and had no conplaints when this 2nd mortgage was made. I have a copy of the 2nd mortgage deed which was signed, witnessed and nortarized. I will be happy to produce this document for anyone to see. After 21 years in business, I have had less than one complaint per year after closing over 5000 loans.
