For whatever reason Brad Cofield deleted this information from the web site www.mcwsalesforce.com when I let him know I had his address and that he was committing a criminal act by not paying me.
I would have to say the company is bogus as well as these officers unless Brad is willing to provide proof this is a legitimate company. All I can verify is that Brad Cofield and Angie Harbinson actually exist. None of the others ever responded to my e-mails.
The following is the bios of the MCW executives. As of today, nothing can be verified for any of these people. I welcome proof to be presented. I will say salesbuzzard.com did exist at one time but information about them is difficult to find. There is a complaint here already about them which specifically accuses Brad Cofield and George Krajewski of being scam artists. Supposedly MCW acquired salesbuzzard.com. What is interesting is that the MCW web site is basically a copy and paste of salesbuzzar.com right down to the agreement they have new hires sign. They simply removed a few things and changed salesbuzzard to read MCW. If you know of a way I can get solid information as to the real story of MCW I would appreciate it.
John Milton-Chief Executive Officer/Executive Partner

Arlen Chadwick is a founding partner of Milton, Chadwick & Waters. Mr. Chadwick is responsible for Milton, Chadwick & Waters' customer and partner strategies for bringing the high-value applications of the firm's proprietary process to the marketplace. Mr. Chadwick is a widely respected thought leader on the business values of sales outsourcing and performance enhancement. He helped pioneer the business model of enabling revenue generation from territorial rights management, and has spoken on the impact of sales outsourcing and performance enhancement at many venues around the world. Mr. Chadwick holds an MBA and Masters degree from Concordia University. Mr. Chadwick lives in Seattle with his wife and his German Shepard Arpo.
Carolyn Waters- Executive Partner
Carolyn Waters is a co-founder and Executive Partner at Milton, Chadwick & Waters and a general partner of NFN Network. She previously served as a director at Eclipse Partners and Harbor Technology Group. She is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Waters is currently enjoying semi retirement with her husband and son. She resides with her family in Philadelphia.
Brad Cofield- Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Brad Cofield is the head of worldwide sales for Milton, Chadwick & Waters. Mr. Cofield joined the team in 2005 with the acquisition of Salesbuzzard.com. Previously, Mr. Cofield held the Vice President of Sales and Business Development titles with Salesbuzzard.com, Eclipse Partners, The Excel Group and Just4fun.com. Mr. Cofield is also a respected expert in the successful launch and growth of startup companies, a process with which he has been involved no less than nine times. Among his other accomplishments, he led a sales operation at Salesbuzzard.com that ramped up revenues more than 3500% in just three years. Mr. Cofield holds a BA in Theology from The American Institute of Theology. He lives in the San Francisco bay area with his wife, daughter and his two pets. The family cat Charlie and the Japanese Akita Tora.
Angie Harbinson- Executive Vice President Of Marketing
Angie Harbinson is Milton, Chadwick & Waters' Vice President of Marketing. Ms. Harbinson joined the firm in 2001. Ms. Harbinson is directly responsible for the high performance of the firm's marketing, advertising, and copywriting divisions. Previously, she was Vice President of Marketing for several firms such as The Mecklenberg Group, Syracuse Ventures and Luxman Perkins. In this position, she is responsible for building and executing a unified services and applications marketing strategy. Ms. Harbinson has successfully introduced several new product lines and launched a distributor relationship program that increased revenues. She is a frequent presenter at major industry events and has been invited to speak and chair sessions all over the world. She currently resides in California with her husband.
Bruce Angler-Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Angler manages all financial aspects of Milton, Chadwick & Waters business. As chief financial officer, he is responsible for guiding the company's growth, including subscription and license revenue, and all corporate financial matters. Mr. Angler comes to the firm from Nakagawa-Stevenson where he was CFO and vice president of finance and operations. He previously held management-level finance positions at Matsushita, where his responsibilities included helping to launch three subsidiary companies. He began his finance career at Lockheed Missiles & Space Company, and has been involved with other entrepreneurial businesses. Mr. Angler holds MBA and BS degrees from Santa Clara University.
George Krajewski- Advisory Board Chairman
George is a senior business executive with more than 20 years of experience, specializing in sales outsourcing, corporate performance and direct marketing. He has held the positions of president and chief executive officer, Salesbuzzard.Com, which was acquired by Milton Chadwick & Waters in 2005, chief operating officer, MLM The Magazine Inc.; and senior vice president and general manager, Leads Media. While at Salesbuzzard.Com, George conceptualized and developed a unique new sales outsourcing and direct marketing product family providing integrated revenue enhancement. With George's addition to board leadership, Milton, Chadwick & Waters is poised to take on the new millennia. George currently resides with his family in Boston.
