Hopefully, a breakthrough...NEW CONTACT INFO FOR STARCREST for those of you who are interested to make contact with company and check delivery status or request refunds.
on 7/19/06 I filed complaints about STARCREST of California with Rip Off report, US Postal service for delivering scam mail, and better business bureau in CA.
on 7/20/06 evening, I received phone call at my home number from Pat K., giving me delivery info on my STARCREST order! She said I should expect delivery between 7/22/06 and 8/2/06. We'll see!
Contact info for your use is: reach Pat K. at 800-777-0327 ext 6132. Curious to know if she gave me good number I called 800 number morning of 7/20/06, this is good num ber to Customer Service Center, business hours Mon-Fri, 8-4:30 pacific time. I didn't speak to person but recording gave email address of help@webactionline.com. I didn't try the help email address but will try to verify good address.
I hope this info will be helpful to those of you taken by this company. I think it's a start for all of us to get some answers! Good Luck

I am an active customer of Starcrest of California and their affiliated companies located in Perris, CA, and have placed about 5 orders. They offer great prices on average-quality merchandise. I have had a few problems with several items I have received (pocket saw broke but I may be able to put it back together), but overall, I am a satisfied customer. I have had no trouble with customer service when I call in my orders. I receive my merchandise within a month or less.
Most of their products are simple, useful, and about the quality you would find in a dollar-type store. I find items in their mailings I wouldn't find elsewhere, or don't want to take the time to look for. I think it's a great way to shop for gifts.
