BEST ADVICE: DO NOT accept solicitation by phone!!!! Are you on the National Do Not Call list?????
You do not know who is on the other end.
Ask lots of questions: Get a physical address, phone number, contact name. Tell them you will get back to them. Then do some research.
NEVER give out your personal banking information to strangers over the phone.
ARE YOU still within 60 days of the charge to your card?
