Victor Chemerisov AKA Puppy Room Kennel. Fraudulent Dog Broker acting as a Dog Breeder of English Bulldogs and French Bulldogs. He has no dogs but takes your money. Brooklyn, New York

In Novemeber of 2002 I saw an ad on Yahoo.com for an English Bulldog that sired pups. The advertiser was Victor Chemerisov of puppy room kennel.com. I paid Victor $ 1,640 for a red female English Bulldog puppy. He never sent it to me, I have over 40 e-mails documenting our transaction.

I payed him some of the money on Yahoo pay-direct. I contacted Yahoo when he didn't ship the puppy on the third scheduled shippment date. Yahoo pay-direct is an online payment service. They called Victor on a 3-way call and he refused to refund my money. They informed him that if he didn't refund my money, they would cancel his pay-direct account and it would affect his credit. He refused still and said he wasn't scared of them. So they cancelled his account.

Victor is an arrogant jerk and is a dog broker not a breeder. He is not scared of any type of punishment and obviously feels good about the way he makes a living, so in another words, he has no morals or values as a human being.

This man is heartless and shouldn't be trusted by anyone. He will scam you for every penny you alow him to. Please do what ever you can to fight him against doing this to others.
