Returned to DirectFileAccess.com and terminated my account.
I was able to do this by logging out of my account on their site! While I was
logged in I could get no info regarding their terms and conditions. I also
sent them via an internal (onsite) e-mail form my info regarding
BILLINGHLP.COM PALMA DE MALL ES - & that they were the company
named in my bank statement (debits from 25th and 30th of June 2008 )
and demanded an explanation of the latter debit for unselected
services in the amount of $29.99.
Since DFA acknowledges that if you terminate your account, no record of
the account is supposed to remain in their database. Let's see if that
means that "BILLINGHLP.COM PALMA DE MALL ES" will attempt no further
debits from my account.
In any event I will visit my bank tomorrow and report this incident.
I will show them the pictures I took showing the webpage(s) in which I filled out a form terminating my account. This should mean that my bank should not honor any further debits from BILLINGHLP....At least I hope so.

Hopefully BILLINGHLP.COM PALMA DE MALL ES will not attempt any further debits.
The bank said that if they try, they will protest further debits against the new credit card. I do have proof of having cancelled my account with direct file access.com -
so the bank will go along with protesting any further debits. If you get scammed by
BILLINGHLP.com etc, it is imperative that you act fast. Cancelling your account with
DirectFileAccess or with fulrealeases.biz ( also linked to BILLINGHLP.COM etc ) is a
must - you can do that if you are logged out of your account with the dfa or fullreleases. When you talk to your cc provider, I'm sure that mentioning these
Ripoff Reports will be helpful.
