Called me at home to reduce my credit card debt. Guarenteed to save me at least $3,000.00 and be debt free 3-5 times faster or I am entitled to a full refund of the $990.00 purchase price of their services. I cancelled the agreement within 3 days of the verbal agreement (NYS law) and have received nothing from this preditor; no savings, no payment plans, no accellerated payment schedule, nothing. I was promised twice by supervisor, Geraldine, that I would receive full credit on my credit card (their $990 charge) by October 23, 2007. I even went through Capital One Credit Card, and they have washed their hands of the situation, re-charging me the $990.00. Now neither VersaDebt/Debt Safe Inc nor Capital One Credit Card will return my phone calls. And because of this SCAM Capital One is charging me 27.40% interest on an account that was to be 9.90% fixed for life in addition to late fees because I refuse to pay for something that I was told TWICE I would be reimbursed IN FULL for almost 4 months ago.

This is a group of scammers using many different names. the details can be uncovered here. This group uses many different company names to hide their operations. Please file complaints with your local law enforcement agencies, the FTC and the FCC. They relentlessly tele-market using bogus caller ID names and numbers.

Americare Software, Assured Warranties LLC, Debt Safe inc, Debtworks software LLC, Personal data systems, UV services inc, Versa debt, VP Marketing LLC.

All based out of GA. The names associated with these fraudulent companies may share the same addresses and different ones. They may be listed as:

These people are common thieves. A class action law suit would be easy given the number of complaints nationwide. By banding together we can corner these dirt balls and make life uncomfortable for them!
