I'm in search of anyone else out there who is going through what I am. I made a $12,000 investment in cashless atm machines last year which were to be placed in very "vague" locations I had to choose from. In other words, I could pick a numbered locations but they wouldn't tell me the name or exactly where they are located. This guy at North American Location Co. "places" them for you. Of course the sales pitch is that you get a really nice monthly income, which, of course, you do the first month. However, from the second month on you get pennies. In fact there are ongoing monthly costs to "download" you report and then there is the payoff on your machines.
The 800 number was unavailable as soon as they received my money. So, they are pretty much invisible and very good at it. They are impossible to get to other than this customer service person - just a voice on the phone - no background noise going on.
That's the background, here's the recent complaint. They had the customer service line disconnected. I had to really do some research to find a number where I could get a voice. I have not received any reports or money for 2 months (which was promissed)and they are completely non-responsive.
I'm sure it's a scam. Can anyone out there help me with this? I'd like to just get my money back. Thanks
