This credit card company is the worst I'v ever encountered.

A man with strong indian accent called me and tried to send me the aspire visa credit card several months ago, and at that time I accepted that card because I didn't have other credit card. Then later, I used this card but I always pay off on time. However, when I discovered some issues on my card, I tried to call the customer to ask questions. But no actual representative there.

I tried to send email and letter to them, they also never replied. After I dicovered this horrible company on this site, I got so nervous, and I even don't know how to cancel this card. The customer service is so bad, and the company is just like a big parasite living in your body. Whatever you try, it seems can't get rid of. It just greedily suck your nutrition and blood up!!

NEVER NEVER NEVER USE ASPIRE VISA!!!!

Please tell me how to cancel this dammed card!

How to cancel your Aspire Card

I too had a problem closing my account. What finally worked for me is that I sent them a certified letter with return receipt requested. In the letter, I included the card cut in two. State firmly that you want the account closed, and that is should be reported as closed by consumer per the FCRA.

Once you get the green card back, send them an email stating the same thing, and that you insist that the account be closed.

One more thing, if you are paying the monthly fee to them, they charge it the day after the billing statement closes, so be sure to add that to your payment, otherwise they will keep the account open.
