BRAD DALEY – Fraudulent Lawyer.
More than a year a go I became a victim of the identity theft. My ex-husband opened and maxed out 3 credit cards in my name. When I found out about that, it was already too late and I had debt collectors after me since my ex-husband had disappeared. The banks' fraud departments didn't want to investigate it. So, I was advised to hire a lawyer.
I hired BRAD DALEY (COURT MEDIATION SERVICES) to deal with the banks. All he had to do was to find the “decision making” people at the banks' fraud departments and send them the documents proving that the cards were opened into my name after I was divorced.
Brad Daley took the money from me upfront. For more than a year he replied to my messages saying that everything is going as expected. He kept saying that he was sewing the banks for harassing me; and other lies. After the credit cards totally messed my credit report and the balances on the credit cards doubled with the debt collectors' fees, Brad Daley stopped returning my calls and replying to my e-mails.
