Consumer Financial Advisory Board, LLC FRAUD - SCAM - RIP OFF Clearwater Florida

This fraudulent company called me at 9:45 p.m. while I was in bed with a Migrane headache and very persistently solicited my business. After being on the phone with them for over a hour and a half they had gotten my credit card number and coerced me into agreeing to their program by promising me that they would be able to save me $5000.00 in credit card interest on one credit card that I have. I even asked for their number to call them back after I had spoken to my husband, but they transferred me to another person who insinuated that I was stupid if I didn't take them up on their offer right then. I should have hung up, but due to my state of mind at the time, I did not. They then charged $895.00 to that same credit card, stating that they quaranteed me a savings of at least $5000.00 in interest or they would refund my money. They called in November and stated that they tried to negotiate with the credit card company but the rate that I had was the lowest that the credit card company would permit. My personal financial consultant is Derrick and he advised that Consumer Financial Advisory Board, LLC would be sending me a personal debt analysis. I received the analysis and they are suggesting that I continue the monthly payments incurring no late charges until the debt is paid off. DUHH! Now who could not figure that one out? They also suggested that when I pay off any other debt that I apply the money that I would normally pay on the paid off debt and pay it towards this credit card debt. Once again - who would not be able to figure that out? This company is fraudulent and a rip off!! I am in the process now, trying to dispute these charges to my credit card and will do whatever needs to be done to make my voice heard about this fradulent company and get my money back. I have learned a very valuable lesson - DON'T LET ANYONE TALK ME INTO GIVING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT OVER THE PHONE! HANG UP! Anyone reading this can reply as I am open to suggestions.
