Same old story as others. they ripped me off of $221. and it seems there is no recourse. they have the scam down to a art form including phony information on the phone and of course the 8 weeks waiting period for the credit card falls under the 60 limit to file a complaint with the bank to re-imburse funds from automatic withdrawal.
I fell for the $4,000 credit cardt offer and have since found that this appears to be perfectly legal as it was with liberty Benefit who closed and opedn up under a new name, titanium blue.
My Bank Washington Mutual was totally inept at trying to deal with this company and failed to help me in my efforts to collect the money by conveniently taking long enough to file the report that I was over the 60 days to have them re-imburse my account.
The money extracted from my account wnet to World Savings who are no available for contact.
Enron and all of these types are just ripping off americans and getting away with it because they are protected more than the consumer. they slso claimed the delay for sending me the card was because of 911. These guys should be hunted down like terrorists for taking advantage of people.
there is no anser at the phone number provided and so far I have seen little adctions by law enforcement in detailing this problem to the public.
