My office has been getting phone calls to OUR 1-800 number and the customer asks us about "their account" or "their membership", or they want to "find out about my balance". This has been going on for years. Literally. My office, a legitimate, and not even closely affiliated with any credit service, business has had to deal with these poor people who are being mislead by USA Credit or USA Shopping Club (whatevrer their name is!). These people that call don't even really know the name of the company. They have told us that OUR number is being given to them over the phone!

IT IS THE WRONG NUMBER. Our number is 1-800-594-3939. This is NOT USA Credit AT ALL!!!! We are tired of having to tell these people that they have the wrong number and that we don't know what this business is or if it is legit. It is obvious that they are telling people the wrong number because they don't want to deal with the complaints! We did some digging and the correct number is 800-634-6729. If you are trying to reach USA Credit or USA Shopping Club, you need to use that number. PLEASE STOP CALLING US. We feel for you and hope that you get out of the situation you are in with this hack credit company, but our number is not the solution. Please try the latter number to reach them. My advice...don't give them a cent. Thanks!

wrong number or simple mistake?

The CORRECT customer service number for USA Credit is 1-800-594-3993. YOUR company's number is 1-800-594-3939. I can see how easily it would be for your company to get phone calls by mistake for our company.
And to clear something up, 1-800-634-6729 is an inbound telephone number to the sales department. They do not represent customer service in any way and the representatives in that department would just forward you to the above customer service number if you wish to have more information, cancel your membership, so on and so forth.
So, to clear anything up:
USA CREDIT CONTACT INFO:
Customer Service: 1-800-594-3993 (call this number with questions about an activated account)
Sales Department: 1-800-634-6729 (call this number if you are returning a phone call you have previously received about credit inquiries)

Although I know this won't reach every member of USA Credit that is contacting your company by mistake, I do hope it clears the confusion up for at least some of the customers. And I apologize for the unwanted phone calls your company is receiving by mistake. It is not by any means something that USA Credit is doing purposely.
