Arizona Mortgage Showcase company was featured on Real Estate chanel, as a company who can get you a morgage loan in almost every impossible credit situation you could imagine. Ours wasn`t half that bad, but we did had problems getting regular mortgage loan,because all banks asked for high down payments.
Well,this company promised nemerous loan programs,from having credit score rating of only 580,to AmeriDream program where your down payment is actually gifted,and you can buy a house with virtually no money.
After we called,and applied over a phone,guy named Nat called us back and told us that our credit score is less than 580,which is simply a lie,and that they don`t have any loan programs suitable our situation. That is really weird, because our situation is pretty much ok, my husband has been working for one company for a very long time, and these guys were offering loans to people with no verifiable income,and absolutely no credit.
Whole tv ad is one big lie, and don`t go apply with these guys. I can only imagine what kind of a rip off they do on an actual mortgage loan,once they approve you!
