I am ex-customer of First American Debt Solution Inc.
Mr. Scott DeMoss (co-owner of ADS) discharged my contract in December 2005 after my numerous requests to provide me with some documentary information what is were done on my case. He and his company charged my ex-bank account for full amount of flat fee stated in my contract. He and his company made just 1 settlement (unsuccessfully) of 4 of my contracted debt accounts. He and his company never paid me back money they MUST pay, as stated in contract.
Mr. Scott DeMoss made false and misleading statements in his answer on my “BBB” complaint.
I'm reported already First American Debt Solution Inc. to Attorney General of Texas, Attorney General of Maryland, FTC, BBB, OCCC and many others consumer protection agencies and organization.
In contrary with others ex –customers of ADS I have undeniable documents and information which can support any collective and personal lawsuit against fraudulent service of this company.
