Dear Sir/Maam,
I hired an outside Credit Repair Service Called Lee Harrison Credit Restoration out of Naples Texas to “Repair My Credit” back in January 2004. MR. Lee Harrison did not do what I asked of him, He charged me $850.00 up front for this before he would start, He in fact had all my good credit removed, did nothing about my negative credit, and even disputed my actual accounts even though I informed him they were accurate and did in fact belong to me. He even had my current auto loan with Triad Financial removed from my credit report even after I asked him not to do this and that is was accurate.
After all of this I call him to ask why he did this and I'm told to “F*ck Off” this morning and that he had already been paid, and he could do whatever he wanted to do. I have called the police, and informed them of this yet they say it's a civil matter. However they are contemplating a criminal charge of beach of contract. The contract I signed, was done so in my home here in San Antonio, and the services were rendered where I live, so therefore I am filing in my jurisdiction as allowed by law.
I made 3 phone calls to him just asking for a simple update as to what was going on, and never got a response. I sent 6 emails which were never responded to. It wasn't until 8 am this morning that I called and actually spoke to him, and when I told him who I was he responded to “what the hell do you want”. I tried to be reasonable with the man but it was obvious that was impossible, to any degree. He claims I have never sent back credit reports to him once I received them, yet I have 23 Delivery confirmations from the USPS to show as proof that I did so. I paid this man $850.00 up front because he asked me to do so to make me a priority. I also have a copy of this cancelled check. I found out today that was illegal to require a customer to do this. Lee Harrison has made my credit worse, not better and damaged my ability to finance a home and land.

SEC. 2451. REGULATION OF CREDIT REPAIR ORGANIZATIONS.
Title IV of the Consumer Credit Protection Act (Public Law 90-321, 82 Stat. 164) is amended to read as follows:

SEC. 404. PROHIBITED PRACTICES.(7)
(b) Payment in Advance.--No credit repair organization may charge or receive any money or other valuable consideration for the performance of any service which the credit repair organization has agreed to perform for any consumer before such service is fully performed.
(C) 1. B- You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
