They send a check for $4700 along with a letter stating for you to call them before you cash the check. Once you cash check, it states you it will enable you to pay bond fees of $2980. They will then send a check for $115000. The phone # on the letter matches another complaint on the rip-off report website for a company called Telex International. The address on the check is 1 Ice Cream Drive, Dunkirk, NY 14048 which belongs to another business.
