Epione Medical Corporation (Epione) approached Rip-Off Report several months ago with the express purpose of resolving consumer concerns posted on Rip-off Report. After a recent mailing to everyone who filed a Rip-off Report, it became apparent that Epione has a sincere commitment to remedy any and all client concerns.
Epione explained to Rip-off Report that it has revamped its Client Service Department so that it could better monitor and respond to client concerns. Detailed below is Epione's Four-Step Client Service Process. These kinds of swift actions by any company show a commitment to make things better for their clients.
Level I: Epione's Telephone Consultants are specially trained to answer any questions a client may have before or after their treatments. Clients can call as often as they need and ask as many questions as they like free of charge.
Level II: If a client's inquiry requires medical expertise beyond the scope of the telephone consultants a Senior Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner will be brought in to answer these questions. Again there is absolutely no charge for this (FREE), no matter how much time our nurses or doctors spend on the phone.
Level III: If the matter requires immediate medical attention or even if the patient feels her/his question or concern was not addressed properly, she/he is invited to come in for one or as many FREE follow-ups as necessary.
Level IV: If the patient is not happy with ANY part of the process listed above, she/he can bypass these steps at any point and contact the treating doctor or nurse directly at their personal e-mail address.
Epione is staffed by highly-trained individuals from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday Pacific Standard Time. After hours, Dr. Ourian can be paged by the answering service if necessary. Dr. Ourian, Epione's Medical Director himself stated, "This move has greatly increased our proactive approach to help our clients resolve their issues and attain their goals."
