in august i was on my porch when 2 friendly teenage girls approached stating that they were selling coupon books to help them pay for college.
the cost was 24.95, and we were told we would receive the coupon book in 8-10 weeks. however, when the book arrived, it was not coupons.
instead, it was a booklet telling the consumer to go to a certain website, where you would have to try special offers in order to receive a 10 dollar coupon.
some of the offers were to join cd clubs, book clubs, etc... there were no "free" deals. something needs to be done to this company.
