AVLIMIL ripoff I didn't give them permission to use my bank card again. Cincinnati Ohio

I seen a commerical on tv for a free 30 day supply of Avlimil and called to request it. I was told it would cost $4.50 for shipping i said ok so I gave them my bank card number. I received my free trial of Avlimil in December and I hadn't finish the 30 day supply and I received another order within 2 wks and was charged $35.00 on my bank card. I didn't give them permission to use my bank card again.

I contacted the company by phone and explained the situation to a rep named Lisa she wouldn't give me her last name. So, I told her that they didn't have my permission to use my card again and I told the rep I wanted my $35 put back on my card she informed me that they couldn't do it because it has been mailed it out already. I asked to speak to her boss she said she was busy and she would have her call me back. Which she haven't called yet. I told her the company was just a big rip off and she hung up in my face. I send the package back to the company.
