Like many others, I ordered the free trial bottle of diet pills and paid the $4.95 for shipping. Less than 20 days later, my credit card was also charged $149.95 for the worthless pills. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and it was reversed. However, now a collection agency is claiming that I owe $282.15. I will not stand idly by and watch a collection agency or this fraudulent company ruin my credit.

The collection agency sent what the company states were the terms and conditions which I agreed to when I ordered the free trial bottle. Sure, I was going to agree to an automatic shipment of these worthless pills for $149.95 before I tried the "free" trial bottle without being able to cancel before shipment. How stupid do they think we are? There were no terms and conditions stated in this web advertisement.

They should not be allowed to get away with this fraudulent practice. We have to put a stop to this and the only way is to get them in the pocketbook. Of course, probably the company has disbanded and is now performing other similar scams under a different name. However, I checked the Oklahoma Secretary of State's office and Pure Energy Products, Inc. is still listed as an active corporation with the only person identified as Darrin Clanton, 1620 SW 89th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. Let's inundate him with letters until he cries "Uncle" and stops this fradulent scheme.

If anyone is considering a class action lawsuit, count me in.
