Interpill is looking more and more like a fraudulent company each day. Five weeks and counting and still no product. Interpill's payment was processed through a financial institution named C-CASH.LV, which seems to be legitimate enough; but, Interpill has never sent confirmation that they received payment for my order even though C-CASH.LV and my bank most assuredly confirms that Interpill has been paid.

Moreover, Interpill refuses to answer any of my email or phone inquiries regarding this matter. Apparently, Interpill has no intention of sending product to any of their customers and should not be allowed to trade on the internet or anywhere else for that matter.

Not a ripoff

This is not a scam or ripoff in my opinion. I too ordered goods from Interpill. I too could not get any response from them. However patience was rewarded when the goods turned up safe and sound after 5 weeks approx. Goods are dispatched from INDIA, hence the long delivery time. As far as I know the only crime Interpill has done is having crap communications....I hope they will plead guilty to that in due course (if they can be bothered)!

Looks like these guys aren't in the ripoff business after all. THEY MOVE AT A SNAIL'S PACE, BUT THEY ACTUALLY DID SEND THE MEDICATION.

Not a rip-off, just some troubles with delivery and support.

Hello,

We, Support Team of Interpill, Rx-Promo and all other websites connected with our business are to inform You that our websites are not scam.

We try our best to provide 24/7/365 support after a very-very bad period when we have had several hundreds orders a day and only one person for support.

By the end of the May we have had 2 thousands of unreplied e-mails and about 5 thousands of missed calls.

After that awful experience we employed several manager to support the customers 24/7 and since then we reply to every call, message and try our best to keep the contact with customer until the package arrives.

We do send our orders, but unfortunately our Indian partners are not very accurate in doing business. We have lost packages, undelivered meds and mixed up orders... But we always refund the money or resend the order.

At the moment we have no profit at all, but we have a great wish to improve our business and make ALL our customers happy.

So please, be so polite to excuse us and to remove this complaint. Thank You.
