From Employee:
I don't have them you do. (10 days pass and no word from Brian)
FCI response 8/26/2008
Good evening Brian, I'm a little perplexed here. As an employee its your job/responsibility to see that your hours are turned in properly before pay periods, you did not. We have paid you for the hours you worked and that you have requested. We also paid you for some extra drive time to ensure that you were overly compensated. This attached email was sent 11 days ago and I fail to figure out why we are still having this discussion. Hours that are on your calendar at home do not do anyone a bit of good, I have asked you repeatedly to send in the hours, you have not.
Employee response:
Yes I did quit on the job, I have two other email in my sent box that I sent you with other hours when you requested it. I called in my other shifts from --- as asked of me by you. And I reported it to ----each time, as asked of me to do so. You are well aware of the hours I worked for you company and fell you are doing this deliberitly. I will take the proper action as I do have phone records, and all my hours worked written down on my calender at home. Either you can pay me for the hours I have worked or I will have to take further steps to getting paid for my time.
FCI response.
Brian, these are all the hours we have ever received from you. If you have a discrepancy please let me know what you think it is. The hours attached are the exact hours you were paid for reflected in the check your wife picked up today.. You quit your job on the spot, these hours are what you provided to us to pay. If you can substantiate you had more hours please do so. We will be happy to pay you if you have a time sheet that can verify the hours you claim are missing. Please note drive time to work and from work are not paid to any staff only between accounts are paid.
Employee response:
What are you kidding me? You are way to crooked to deal with any further. I have contacted ---each time I reported to --- as you have asked. And when I did not work there you requested me to email those hours. Which I have record on as well. I have not been overcompensated for anything! I will take this further as I have witnesses. That is not way to run a business. Not sure if you have a substance abuse isseu, or a sever mood disorder, but this will not go un heard.
FCI response:
Brian, any further correspondence will be referred to my council. If I continue to receive any more emails regarding this this matter I will file a harassment suit naming you as the defendant as you have been paid for all the hours you have sent us. If you would like to purse this matter further it is your right. I will have my council handle it from here on.
