This company is a complete scam. Contacted me via phone, pressured for credit card info and promised to lower card debt, offered guarantee, and full reimbursement if i didn't save $3000 right away. Gave me website log-in info and promised package w/ contract in 3-7 days. Charged my credit card $990 same day, sent package 3 weeks later. After getting on line and not finding some of the info we discussed on the phone, I tried to contact company via phone number online the very next day. No answer, always busy for 3 days. Tried to contact billing number to cancel. Number went nowhere, just dead space.
Upon receiving my c.c. bill, I immediately filed a dispute of the charges. This was in July. It is now October and they are still disputing with my c.c. company that all money is owed to them. I have not received one service from them, not even a phone call .....how do these companies get away with this kind of fraud?!
