I'VE ORDERED FROM FLOWER.COM FOR YEARS AND THEY ALWAYS DELIVER FRESH FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS ON TIME FOR ME. I'VE USED THEM FOR MOTHER'S DAY, VALENTINE'S DAY AND FUNERALS. THE OWNER IS A GREAT GUY WHO IS PERSONABLE AND TREATS HIS CUSTOMERS WELL WITH MAJOR ONLINE DISCOUNTS. I DON'T CARE HOW MANY COMPANIES HE'S GOT. AS LONG AS HE SERVES THE COMMUNITY WELL FLOWER.COM WILL BE MY FORAL CONNECTION!!!!!

Frederick,
I'm glad you have had good experiences with flower.com. But I don't think flower.com deserves credit for freshness or on-time delivery since they are not a florist and don't make any deliveries.
Additionally, how can you know the owner is "a great guy and personable" when he doesn't answer the phone and his email addresses don't work? Are you a personal friend of his? I was not rude when I left voicemails on his phone so I don't know why he wouldn't return the calls.
DOMAIN NAME UPDATE: the domain "christmasflowers.com" just became the latest "florist" to send me junk mail. I'll bet a donut that it's owned by the same guy....
PS: If I could quit getting unsolicited spam from this clown I never would have written about him and his doofus websites.

It has now been a long time since I received a spam from an online florist.
So, in the spirit of fairness, I would like to tell everybody that either this flower guy is no longer around or he has finally removed my email address from his spam list (for good!).
Thank you for not sending me any more email.

We try our very best to get orders out for Mother's Day, but Mother's Day is THE busiest holiday in the floral industry and unfortunately not all deliveries are completed.
There are just too many flower orders and mistakes to occur at all levels of business from wholesaler operations to delivery and design issues from local florists. And problems persist post-Mothers Day because we are still working overtime to handle the influx of calls from customers who are curious if their flowers were delivered or were not satisfied with what the florist delivered.
So you will notice complaints will spike for many flower companies all across the board when it comes to Mother's Day and Valentines orders. Please do not take this as an indication that a particular company defrauding the public. It is completely untrue.
And we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the emails. Like most companies, when you place an order with us we send out email newsletters with the latest deals as a service to our customers.
Many of our customers appreciate the mailings and and place new orders with the coupon discount code we provide in the email. However there are some who do not want any emails at all, and we provide an unsubscription option for those people.
If you placed an order with us in the past and are receiving emails you do not want, please visit our website to unsubscribe your email address. http://rose.justflowers.com/CustomerService.asp?
Make sure to click on "UNsubscribe" as we have had some users who forget to click on that option and were not successfully unsubscribed from our newsletters.
Unsubscription is usually a simple thing to do and I am very sorry you had to go through so much unneeded trouble.
Unsubscribing usually takes 24-48 hours to activate and may take up to a week in rare cases. If for some reason you continue to have problems, please email me at john@justflowers.com and I will have our tech guys look at your email to see what the problem is.
Thank you,
John Chang
