Cass in California has his information all wrong, and I would like to set the record straight. First of all, Interlake Chemicals is a member in good standing with the BBB, as well as many other agencies, and has no complaints at all. Why this person would make such a false claim is a mystery. All he had to do was call the BBB or the Chamber oc Commerce or the other agencies. What Cass said was an outright lie.
Cass also lied about contacting the State of Florida, because Interlake Chemicals is registered with the State and again there are no complaints. Interlake Chemicals has distributors in over 22 countries around the world and is growing. This would not be the case if Cass was telling the truth.
Cass mentions the race car, and yes we do sponsor a race car and the exposure from the sponsorship program is great. We generate alot of business for our distributors all around the USA from the sponsorship and we plan to continue the program. By sponsoring a race car, it allows our distributors to get into large franchises that also sponsor racing. I guess Cass is not aware of NASCAR and how popular the racing industry is. I am not comparing our sponsorship to NASCAR by any means, however our company is spending money on the racing because it is good business for all of our distributors.
We also do National advertising in two very popular trade magazines. I don't know about Cass and who he is or what his problem is but he uses the words he should not be using. We don't need to lie to anyone. Cass is the one that has lied by making all thes false claims. We can only wonder why Cass would do such a thing. We are certainly glad that someone like him did not become a distributor for our company, although it sounds like Cass has no resources to get into a business anyway.
The race car and hauler is real, and Cass should have taken a closer look before making these claims. Cass needs some glasses perhaps.
Anyway, the claims made by this person are untrue, and it is Cass who, as it turns out, has just been caught lying in California.

I would like to make a suggestion that Sure Step Interlake Chemicals is obligated by law to refund anyone who has purchased their package and would like a refund. They can do this by contacting the State of Florida Attorney Generals office division of consumer affairs/ Franchises. They should also mention these characters/salesmen that are mentioned if they have been found guilty as stated in a court of law for violating business opportunity/ Franchise laws in the past. From what I see when Glen Stroud is GOOGLED a laundry list of criminal charges are leveled against him all over Canada.
I would believe that the owner Franklyn Sigurdur who appears to be from Canada already knows this and knows that it is a criminal offense in the U.S. not to disclose this to the people that bought the franchise. You may also contact the Attorney General for your state so that nobody gets hurt in the future.
