Response to Ricardo From Mexico's Fraud Claim:
"Ricardo From Mexico" custom ordered $50,000 worth of gun safes from our company in 2004. He planned to open a safe-selling business in Mexico. We finished Ricardio's safes and called him to view safes. Upon arriving, I learned Ricardo was apprehensvie in paying his balance. Several weeks later he called and stated he wasn't starting a safe-selling business in Mexico anymore and wanted his $25,000 deposit back. I told Ricardo we completed his 50 "custom safes" and reminded him on his no cancellation policy. His paperwork even stated there were "no cancellations..." I was stuck with 50 custom built safes.
To this day, Ricardio still owes US $25,000 for an unpaid invoice. We had to eventually resale his safes, some for a loss. Since they were painted odd colors, white, green, blue, etc, we had to repaint some of the safes and reconfigure Ricardo's custom built interiors. We lost thousands on these safes! He really did a number on us. For him to accuse us of fraudulent behavior is sad. If he'd like to honor his original sale's contract, I will apply his monies toward the purchase of new safes, plus our losses and steel increases.
Please have Ricardo contact us if he wishes to honor his orginal sales agreement. Thank you for this report. It allows us to response to fradulent claims against our company. By the way, Sportsman Steel & Pentagon Safes have accounts with the FBI, DOJ, Homeland Security, Secret Service. These clients have zero complaints against us to date.
