I ordered 6 tubes (1 order) of mighty putty for $29.95 and they sent me 6 orders (36 tubes). I called and they told me to take one out and send the rest back and they would credit my card for 5 when they received them. I did.
When I looked at my credit card statement, the total amount was $263.82 and I was credited $101.55. I called and they told me they could only credit 3 items at a time! (why not credit 3 and 2? what if i hadn't called?) Anyway, it still didn't add up. Thats when they informed me that the shipping and handling isn't refundable and they charged me six times the shipping and handling even though they only sent one package. I only ordered one in the first place.
