I was contacted by phone on 12/5/2005 and was told that even with my medical conditions I could get this health insurace at $104.95 a month. I could go to any doctor any time and it was my understanding they would pay a hosital visit.

I was told I could cancel this after a 10 day review and recieve my full payment of $104.95 and my $125.00 processing fee back. No risk. My package did not arrive during that 10 days. I first tired to cancel 1/6/2006 as I had gotten the package the previous weekend. When I called customer service about the full refund I was told I should have gone to their website and looked at the information.

Perhaps legally they fall within the shadows of the laws protection. But I never recieved the promised e-mail of my purchase either. I did recieve an e-mail entended for another one of their clients stating time limitations in reviewing their policy. I did recived back the $104.95 however due to the time in recieving the package I was days late in getting back this processing fee.

Telling you that you may go to any doctor for $20 and a specialist for $50 may be true but you are limited to 5 times per year. What doctor have you ever gone to that sees you one time? Also sick people have more than one doctor for different health reasons.

I urge anyone reading this to really think this company through before you sign on. They know you are most likely very ill and will wait until you receive your mailed package and therefore can keep the $125 application fee.

Thank you for your reading this. I hope I can save a few of you from my mistake.
