United American Insurance RIPOFF
Company has taken two months premium from me and has not issued a health insurance policy for more than two months. I was told by the Unit Manager that the policy was issued but he could not contact the representative who is to deliver it to me. I told the The Branch Manager, to cancel the policy which I never received, and refund my premiums. The manager indicated he had no idea when I will receive the refund of the premiums and I will get it when I get it.
This company continues to take the premiums from my bank account via ACH debit although I have not received a policy and I asked that the policy be cancelled and my premiums refunded.
This is another example of GREED and DISHONESTY on the part of big business in this country.
The callus disregard for people's health and taking money without providing a service or product is unconscionable.
