We had Installers plus put on siding, roof and gutters about five years ago. Even at the beginning I didn't like the way the roof looked but when the owner came out he said it was fine and the indents in the roof are normal.
We let it go at that point because we didn't know any better and we weren't having any problems with anything they did at that time. We started having problems with our gutters leaking and called them back out they adjusted one gutter when we weren't home and it didn't look like they touched the other ones. We kept calling them to come out and fix the other gutters but we never received a call back. We just let it go again because it didn't seem that big of a deal and it wasn't worth getting stressed out about it.
Well five years later the gutters really started leaking and we started getting water coming in through the walls by the windows. Once again we called them and we finally got an answer to our call but they said they do not do residential houses anymore they only work commercial. We ended up calling another company and he said for us to take of the leaf guards that they installed because that seems to be where the problem is. So we did that and we are still having problems with the water coming in through the walls by the windows ,it is rotting out our drywall and ruining our carpet.
Since we just got the windows installed last year we thought maybe it was the windows so we called the window company and of course we had the same problems with them about not returning our calls see "Teeters Construction" on this web site. Well after a month they finally came out and said it was the roof leaking into the walls and the roof was not installed correctly it was rotting the wood on top and there wasn't even any tar paper under some of the shingles. The window guy tried calling Installers Plus to help us out but he is not receiving any answers either. We have all called at least 20 times in the last two weeks and I was jumping on the web to report them to BBB and then I saw the other complaint about this company.
We are not actually to far from this company about 30 minutes and I am about ready to go directly there but I will try BBB first. At this point I think it might be a combination of the roofing guys and the window guys so until I find out I am not letting either one of them off the hook yet. I would love to find out what commercial accounts they have and inform them of their crappy work. I will research that to see if I can find out anything.
