BUYER BEWARE II - Never Do business with these people! I initially called this place on 8/20/2008, the gentleman that I spoke with which was the general manager told me that they could be out within a couple of days to measure the windows and get back with me with an estimate.

A week went by and on 8/27/2008 I called them back to see when they were going to be out. The lady informed me that she did not see me on the schedule for that day, but that I should be on the next day.

Now another week later (2 weeks total) I called back in and was inquiring as to when they were going to be out. The lady said that she could not find my paper work and would get with a manager to call me back. I asked to speak to a manager now and I got the general manager. He told me that I would have to wait unless I was willing to take off work and meet them there. I asked him why that was and he proceeded to tell me that people who are willing to meet them take priority. I said that was unacceptable and that I have been waiting two weeks and that was not what I was originally told. He said that was the way it is.

What gets me is I have 27 properties that I want to get Solar Screens put on. They offered to come by this Friday, and I told him that was fine and I wanted to speak with the owner. Whose name is James Berner. I started to tell James Berner what had happened, an all he kept saying was okay and well. He asked me if they had gotten me scheduled and I said yes for Friday and he said it sounds like we got it resolved. I said no, because the issue is that I have had to wait two weeks.

He informed me that is they way they operate. And I said it sure would be nice if you had told me that at the time that I scheduled it. He said well we have you scheduled now, so do we have this resolved. I said no you haven't addressed my issues. He said well I have to go pick up my daughter, so I can transfer you back to my GM. I told him that I had nothing further to say to the GM and asked if he would like for me to give him my phone number and we could finish our conversation later. He said no. I told him that I wanted to cancel them coming out Friday. That I did not want to do business with anyone who was going to treat me in this manner. He screams that's fine and hangs up on me. I would think that an owner would have more tact than that. It's obvious they are more willing to meet the person that is able to meet them for money reasons.
