How their ads read.. *** Our elegant community caters to both the professional and recreational lifestyle needs of today's residents, with a resort-style swimming pool and tennis court conveniently situated near the clubhouse that houses a state-of-the-art fitness center, cyber cafè, library, media room and conference room facilities. And, our Resident Services Program offers 5-star services and a full-time, on-site concierge to all of our residents. Program amenities also include newspaper and magazine service, resident parties, tennis lessons, cooking lessons, fitness trainer, pet sitting, house sitting, fax and copier services, notary services and much, much more. ****

Above is what they have advertised since day one.. Newspapers not longer get delivered. You can't use the services because they are only available during the day while you are at work. The lease keeps you from running a business from your home so i want to know when they think one is going to use the conference room. They now charge you $1.00 per page to send a fax... This sign did not exist when we moved in. Two resident parties in almost a year. No tennis lessons. No cooking lessons. Fax and copier services.. LOL yeah at a dollar per page during the day.. this cracks me up... Notary service.. who?

This company is in the business of building apartment communities. Leasing the apartments. Then they sell the property. Nothing wrong with that... right? Wrong. They claim to have all of these wonderful benefits and features that 1. never get delivered or 2. are only available at times when you are not home to take advantage of them. This is all done on purpose to maintain the property to near new conditions for the new owners. For example you will be so impressed with the Club house and pool.

Beautiful... It even has a cafe with computers and internet access..Newspapers magazines... A conference room with a white board, printer and fax machine. A full blown media room with big screen projection screen and sound system. A wonderful weight room and reading room. Right about now you are as impressed as I was when I took the tour.. Here is the kicker... We were the first ones to move in... You can only use the mini theatre and conference room during the day while you are at work..!! You cannot even lease it out.. you cannot even leave a deposit.. I offered to give them $5,000 as a deposit and they still said NO.!!

I asked if someone would stay late so we could watch specific sporting events.. NOPE!! Now you tell me.. How useful is a mini theatre if it is only availabel during the day.. I dont know about you but i prefer to watch movies at night.. I am not going to take a day off of work to use the home theatre or the conference room...!!! When we first moved in the excercise room had a sound system that let you put in a cd and play it throughout the room. That has been disabled.. the first month we were there..

The pool is open from 9am to 7pm.. so if you hurry home from work you can use the pool for 30 minutes...!! We were told that we would have a full time concierge for dry cleaning, local events, restaurant reservations etc; That did not happen for several months.. Q4 of last year... Our parking lot and driveway wasn't paved for over 5 months.. exposed manhole covers, rocks, massive lips on the concrete between streets... I have asked repeatedly to have my lease cancelled with now success.... This company is only interested in one thing.. Getting you to move in at any cost and then selling the property... They should have to disclose this prior to signing the lease. They do everything possible to make sure their property stays in perfect condition so that it shows well to the potential buyers.
