I responded to an ad in the Penny Saver saying "Honest Workers Needed to Assemble Refrigerator Magnets. Serious workers only!" They sent me the paper work, and I once again responded back and sent them the suppose to be down payment that I would get back when I sent them my first box of finished magnets. Which I never received back, and to this day they refuse to give back.

Well I finished my box and sent it in. I was suppose to get a pay check within 48 hours of them receiving my box, and I never did. So I called to see what was going on. They said they were behind and I would receive it in 7 to 10 days. Well I received a letter a few days later saying they refused to pay me, and that my magnets were not good enough. When I did the magnets they were perfect to the directions they had given me.

So I called and talked to the boss, and she refused to give me my pay check, and then to give me my money back that I sent them as the down payment. But she did say she would send me the magnets back, but never did.
I told her if my magnets were not good enough then they were not good enough to be sold. So she said they would be sent back to me, and they never where. So not only did they get my money I sent them as a down payment, but also the $400.00 they were suppose to pay me, and they also made profit by selling my magnets that were not supposably good enough!
