I originally purchased a mother and daughter horse from Riddermark Stables. I paid $2500 for both. Which everyone told me it was too much. I purchased the horses in November. I was told both horses would come with coggins and a health certificate. In December she told me the mother died and wanted to replace the horse.
I ecently moved to TN and the horses were delivered a week ago. I had a Vet check the horses out. The older horse is 200 lbs underweight. The foal has a hernia and is very maul nourished. I did not receive a health certificate for either horse or coggins for the foal. I emailed the seller and she is trying to tell me that the Vet is wrong. I have no idea what i am going to do with this foal with a hernia. I can not ride the mare. The Vet recommended I not ride her because of her weight. This has been the worst expierence in my life. Buyer be ware. People will take advantage of you at the expense of an animal.
