My wife and I were insured with Aig Auto Insurance. Our policy was paid in full for 6 months. One month later , Aig automatically added our two sons that live in other states to our policy. Our 6 month policy price was automatically changed to over 4 times our 6 month policy amount. I called Aig to explain that our 2 sons live thousands of miles away and DO NOT DRIVE OUR CARS.

The AIG representative stated that they can change policy pricing and add other drivers to our policy at any time without our permission. I immediately changed auto insurance companies and asked AIG for a refund of the remaining 5 months I paid for on our 6 month policy. I was told that I would not receive a refund and I had lost all the money I paid on the six month policy. Basically, I ended up paying $700.00 for 1 months liability only insurance on my wifes car and my car.

Now today, 6 months later I received a threatening letter stating that I owe AIG another $234.00 and the $700.00 I paid for 1 months liability only coverage was not enough!! I refuse to pay any more ransom to AIG Auto Insurance !!
