I was notified by phone about this program that was suppose to help me out of a financial situation. At that time I needed help. The offer sound so good ,I went for it. I was then told that I needed to send in an amount of one hundred dollars, which includes a non-refundable forty dollar enrollment fee, that money would be drawn on 9/1/01 with monthly payments fo thirty dollars for next 10 months.
After the one hundred was withdrawn and the one month payment of thirty dollars was taken, I no longer heard from them. I had recently ran across this package again, and decided to get on the internet to do research, thanks to this I got lucky because that was one hundred-thirty dollars I could not afford that time and still cant.
