Congratulations: You've Recevied a New Dell XPS Laptop ---- is the subject.
Totally unfair way of trying to get people to order stuff just to get a laptop. They give people many choices on the first 2 pages to pick 2 item on each that are required, then comes the kicker!!!
On the last page where you have to choose 'any' 4 items.......they only have 4 items listed....in other words you have to choose ALL 4 items. That's a scam as far as I'm concerned. 1st 2 items...OK...I could have done that, but I don't want a Discover credit card (don't want anymore credit cards) and I don't want Dish Network (I have DirecTV and am perfectly happy with it! and some places you live don't even ALLOW a dish of any kind so this would eliminate tons of people right there). This is a scam because they are not giving people options, they are forcing them to buy something they don't want or need (or maybe can't even get if they wanted to!) and not giving them OPTIONS. It says choose ANY but they are making me choose ALL because they are only listing 4 items. After going thru the whole process, there is no way I can qualify for this and that's NOT FAIR!!! It's a ripoff because now I have actually purchased the first 4 items, not knowing what i was going run into on the last page, and I can't go back and 'undo' what I already did. I'll just have to wait until it comes and refuse or whatever.
