When you consider that there was an American girl who disappeared and was presumed to be murdered in Aruba and a leading law enforcement officer's son was one of the three major suspects AND NOTHING WAS DONE!
Don't you think that you had better SHOP IN THE US instead or at least go and check out the stone in person --- well, don't go to Aruba because YOU MIGHT DISAPPEAR and NOTHING WOULD BE DONE!
You can't trust everything you read on the Internet and I refuse to put any of my financial information on the Internet or even my true identity! The government of ARUBA shows what regards it has for people who are not in the local power elite by their careless disregard in refusing to investigate the disappearance and presumed death of Natalie H. So I don't think they are going to be much help in bringing charges against their shadiest operators.
DO NOT USE INTERNET MERCHANTS UNLESS YOU CHECK THEM OUT FIRST!
DO NOT DEAL WITH ANYONE FROM ARUBA AND DO NOT GO THERE! YOU SAW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MISSING GIRL FROM THE USA WHO WENT THERE AND DISAPPEARED NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN.

See this all the time at my shop. Touristas go down there and buy what they think are super deals. Then they bring them into me to appraise and find out they got the shaft. My realtor bought what they told her was a 3ct T.W diamond ring. She brings it to me and MAYBE, at the MAX, it was 1.5ct T.W. She paid $2700 for it. I did an appraisal for $1900 on it. It did have VS/F stones in 18kt W/G. She sent in the appraisal to american express and got a $800 refund. She was pissed at me for not giving her a lower appraisal. F*** her. She bought the damn thing down there and I did get her $800 back. IF you put it on a credit card, contest the purchase AND don't buy anthing down there. Those people down there rely on the fact that most people won't fight their purchases because of the distances. IF you put it on a debit card, chances are you're out of luck. Some credit cards are much better then others, protecting your rights.
