I had responded to an add purporting to want only $1.99 for shipping a Cd's The CD was about a home based business of sorts. Less than two weeks later $29.95 was taken out as a monthly subscription fee. And then $129.99 was taken out for a full set of 17 Cd's and a plastic case.

We called the company and asked that the automatic withdrawal every month stop, they agreed but could not refund the money. We, as yet, had not been charged for the $129.99 Cd's and case. When we were charged that amount my wife had thought I'd been shopping online again. I had not. When we figured out that it was the same company under the guise of something different, we called again. We told them we had cancelled our subscription, or whatever it's called, and wanted our money back. He said it was all in the terms and conditions when we ordered the $1.99 CD.

It stated we had 30 days to cancel the service and had not. We explained we had and were told that was for the monthly fee and not the program fee. Semantics not withstanding, we were told that the case and Cd's cost to them, was well over the $129.99 and that they would agree to give us half back. Wanting to cut our loses with these unscrupulous cads, we agreed and were told it would take 5 business days to be put back in our account.

Well, you guessed it, that day has come and long gone. When we called again we were shuffled, sidetracked, put on hold and had to listen to these awful testimonials of people making exuberant amounts of money from this program, while we waited. And waited. They finally won the standoff and we hung-up. We have come to Rip Off Report to try and warn people of this scam. It may be a legitimate offer but the way they get the money, I can't believe is legal. Look out for the various Addy's from this "company". They are sharks in shiny suits.
