On 17th April 08 I ordered 101 Website Traffic which it's author Sebastian Foss claims 'You can be making Money in Minutes'.

The first suspicion I had that I had been duped was when I had to start chasing any form of confirmation that I was now a member of the site. I emailed SWREG within 2 hours of placing the order asking why I had not yet received confirmation and access details as the "101 Website Traffic" site said I would receive instant access with no downloads required.

Imagine my confusion when the confirmation email arrived with a download link. I started feeling uneasy in the pit of my stomach.

I followed the first of this link in the acknowledgment email which took me to a window with another "One Time Offer,,," at a cost. I scrolled down to the bottom of the page and clicked the link that said I was not interested in the offer. Another window came up requesting my name and email address which took me to yet another window requesting my Personal Details, I filled them in and hit 'Submit' which brought up yet another page which said...

Dear user,
You entered an invalid password / username.
Please double check your input or contact staff@101-website-traffic.com
If you are no member and need a password / user name just order our system at www.101-website-traffic.com

Best Regards,
staff@101-website-traffic.com

At no time was I presented with a field to request a user name or password either on any of the site pages I had come through to.

After getting this response, I tried the alternate link in the confirmation email and got exactly the same response as I did with the first. I even tried the third link in the email with again the same results.

I have now submitted at least 5 attempts and all I get is automated responses from Sebastian Foss inviting me to join his Marketing Newsletter. At first, I did not know if this was a part of the application process so I completed the request form and have now ended up on his Marketing mailing list and am now being send emails which I have to request to be un-submitted from each time they arrive.

I have tried to contact 101-website-traffic on staff@101-website-traffic.com, which is the email address you are given during your attempts to fill in the required personal details form from the confirmation links.

The email address that was supplied is wrong (My Web Admin returns the email)

"Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently"

I have also submitted several request through the "contact us" section of the 101-website-traffic.com". I have not received one single response from them

I sent a complaint to SWREG who were the 'Paying Agent' for Sebastian Foss and 101 Website Traffic. I am now awaiting some form of response.

No Refund or Satisfaction has been received at this stage.

After not receiving any response from my emails, I again emailed SWREG requesting a refund of my money.

I voiced my displeasure on the total lack of response from either 101-website-traffic or SWREG. I also voiced my concerns about SWREG's credibility if they were processing transactions for a company that I had since found multiple listings as a scam when I searched the internet.

I have now received confirmation from SWREG that my money has been refunded. I have verified this with my bank as well.

Whilst I am glad to have received my money back, the entire experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth and now, I search the net on everything before I sign up...even if it an opt in on a newsletter.

Boy am I learning the hard way
