The Cherryone Web Design Company was very persistent and called everyday to verify when I would mail their initial setup fee so they can get started on managing my pay-per-click ads on my Yahoo pay per click account. After my $1000.00 setup fee was cashed, they stopped calling, and have not done anything according to the agreed contract and email correspondance.
I have written several emails and made several phone calls to these people and they would not bother even to come to the phone to service and appease an upset customer. It has been a few months now, and these people refuse to give me back my refund for work they have not performed. Instead, they even gave me a credit card application to filled out authorizing them to charge my account every month.
The lady in charge of my account was the daughter's CEO. He made it very clear to me that she would setup my account, and it was his daugher. She was very unprofessional and would not respond to any of my legitimate questions by email. She completely disregarded them.
How can I trust a company to manage to pay per click ads when the avoid my questions. I have countless emails sent to them which I will be happy to share with any lawyer wishing to persue a class-action lawsuit against Cherryone. I have their promises as well written in their emails that will stay on top of my account and will make sure that I am happy with their service. So far all broken promises.
I have given Cherryone a chance to come clean and simply refund my money. They ignored my emails and calls so I had no choice but to report them to the Better Business Bureau. In the course of time, you will see the correspondance between our two companies on the BBB report. You will see how Cherryone has contradicted themselves, and fraudently are claiming that I am at fault with their company. They are claiming that I have tried to take take "proprietary software" information to use for myself.
I paid them $1000.00 to setup and manage my account. Why would I want to take their software when I can pick up pay per click managing software for $350.00 off the net?? I paid them so I don't have to spend my time managing my own accounts. I paid them for the service to do this for me. They could not do that, that even set up an account for me. They could not do it on a timely basis as indicated by email correspondance. George the COO, has even lied to me. He claimed that they have developed work for me but when I called him to immediately show it to me since it is completed, he cannot do it! I told him send me the attachments, let me see after a month of you cashing my check what work have you accomplished. Instead he got his partner, Jim, who is the CEO on the phone to calm me down. He assured me that he would personally remain on top of my account. Of course, all lies. I've tried contacting him by email and phone and he would not respond back. I have the phone bills to prove it and the history of emails to prove it. He even shared with me how he used to be the CEO of Peachtree software and now he is running Cherryone. I would ask him questions, and he purposely change the subject how he just got back from vacation.
I just want my refund of $1,000.00 back. I'll even pay for the postage! I see on this RIPOFF Report that someone also filed a Report against Cherryone as well! So now I am not alone in this.
Stay away from Cherryone, they are company that will break promises, do not perform professionally, will avoid answering your questions, and will say anything to make it sound like they are the victims from their customers. Plus, they are very good with their sales. They promise you the world, they call you everyday until you sign up with them, pay them by credit card, or send them a check. Once they receive your payment, the energy they put into getting your money is completely the opposite when it comes to their service.
